The following is a short talk about the "Choices We Make" and how everything in the Christian life starts with a choice.  Please take a few minutes to listen and pray about how these words might apply to your own life.

I was reading this morning in Proverbs 11.  There are some very powerful words in verse 9.  "A hypocrite with his mouth destroys his neighbor: but through knowledge the just shall be delivered."

Jesus warned us that in the last days before his return multitudes of people would be deceived and drawn away from God by false teachers and false prophets.

2 Peter 1:4 says, "Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these you might be partakers of the diving nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust."

This is one of the most powerful verses in the Bible.

My Bible study this morning led to me to 2 Peter 1.  There is so much in every verse of the epistles of Peter.  This was a man who physically walked with Jesus.  He denied he knew Jesus and found forgiveness from the Lord for that betrayal.  He was an impulsive man in many ways in his youth;  that is evident from the writings of the gospels.

In my last post I talked about holiness and how it will make a come back as we draw closer to the return of the Lord.

Please listen to  "Highway Of Holiness".  It is my musical journal of God's dealings with me as I was learning a wonderful truth about walking on God's highway, His holy road.

Read Isaiah 35:8-10 today and listen to the Lord speak to you about holiness and what it means.
